We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For omakase experiences, please book at least 48 hours ahead to allow us to source the finest seasonal ingredients for your evening.

Yes, modifications and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your reservation. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Late cancellations for omakase bookings may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly to arrange a private dining experience. Our private dining room can accommodate up to 20 guests and can be tailored to your specific requirements.

The omakase includes 12–18 courses depending on the package, guided by Head Itamae Kenji Tanaka. Each course is shaped by the season's finest ingredients sourced from Tsukiji market. The Classic includes 12 courses; the Premium includes 18 courses with sake pairing.

While we cannot guarantee specific ingredient requests — as the omakase is guided by what is finest on the day — please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

Approximately 2–2.5 hours for the Classic Omakase, and around 3 hours for the Premium experience. We encourage guests to arrive unhurried and allow the evening to unfold at its own pace.
