These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenSushi website and all services provided by ZenSushi K.K. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Japan, and located at 3-12-5 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-0022, Japan. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from ZenSushi. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion, in which case we will notify you and offer an alternative date or a full refund of any deposit paid.
Omakase counter and private dining bookings require a credit card guarantee or a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Details will be provided during the reservation process.
We kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation or amendment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of ¥3,000 per person for standard reservations.
For omakase and private dining bookings, cancellations more than 7 days before the reservation date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless the booking can be resold.
Please inform us of all dietary requirements and food allergies at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee dishes are entirely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environment. Raw fish and shellfish are served throughout our menus.
ZenSushi gift cards are valid for the period stated from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Partial redemption is permitted; any remaining balance stays on the card.
ZenSushi maintains a smart casual dress code in keeping with the atmosphere of our restaurant. We ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear or beachwear. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply.
In respect of other guests and the meditative atmosphere of ZenSushi, we ask that photography and recording devices be used discreetly and without flash. Photography of dishes is welcomed; photography of other guests without their consent is not.
